Yet even the most beautifully made pieces may experience wear over time - stitching may loosen, hardware may dull, or leather may show signs of life well lived. When that happens, we’re here to help.
We partner with the same expert artisans and workshops who originally brought your piece to life, ensuring that every repair is carried out with the same care, precision, and attention to detail as the day it was made. Whether it’s a light refresh or a more involved restoration, each repair request is handled individually with clear, thoughtful guidance.

You can submit a repair request by contacting our customer care team via email or through the contact form on our website. Please include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

We offer a range of repair services, including re-stitching, handle replacement, edge refinishing, and leather care. Each case is reviewed individually in collaboration with our artisan workshops to determine the best possible restoration.

If your repair request falls within the two-year statutory warranty and the issue is deemed a manufacturing fault, the service will be complimentary.
For repairs outside the warranty or not covered by it, we will carefully assess the item and provide you with a transparent, detailed quote - including estimated costs and timeline - before any work begins. You will only be charged if you choose to proceed with the repair.
Please note that shipping costs may apply depending on the nature of the repair and your location.

Most repairs take between 3 - 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the request and the workshop's schedule. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

Absolutely. As long as the design is one of our original pieces, we’re happy to review your request and discuss possible repair options - even years after your purchase.
